1、運(yùn)行初期由于潤滑油的粘滯而有噪音和電流過高的情況，運(yùn)行10一20分鐘可自行消失。
2、流量大小不能通過開關(guān)閥門來調(diào)整。該風(fēng)機(jī)是容積型壓縮機(jī)，通過調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速來改變流量和軸功率：關(guān)閉閥門，壓力上升，風(fēng)機(jī)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，易被破壞，故通過改變轉(zhuǎn)速或增設(shè)溢流管道來調(diào)整流量。
3、風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)在規(guī)定壓力下進(jìn)行工作。超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)機(jī)受損，特別是電機(jī)電流值要低于銘牌上的額定值，否則電機(jī)壽命降低。三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)

4、壓力表開關(guān)處于常閉狀態(tài)，如需測定壓力時(shí)可將壓力表開關(guān)打開。

5、同一機(jī)型噪音也有差異，因?yàn)轱L(fēng)機(jī)在機(jī)械室內(nèi)的位置及配管情況不同會(huì)造成噪音的差異。
6、當(dāng)風(fēng)壓超過58．8Kpa時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)采用循環(huán)水冷卻的方式降溫，冷卻水壓力四6一294Kpa，冷卻水溫度不大于25℃。
7、冷卻水用量，HDSR80型—HDSR125型，用水量5-8L/min,RTSR150型-RTSR300型，用水量8-13L/min.
8、風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)，先開冷卻水，停機(jī)時(shí)，后關(guān)冷卻水。
9、冬季風(fēng)機(jī)長期不用時(shí)，應(yīng)放掉冷卻水，以免損壞風(fēng)機(jī)。


1、At the beginning Of running，due to the viscosity Of lubricating Oil, there will have noise and over-current situation. Its will automatically disappear after running about 10-20 minutes. 
2、Flow quantity cant be adjusted by turn on/off valve. 
3、This blower is a volume compressor，through regulating the speed to change the flow quantity and shaft power; Shut-off valve，pressure rise，blower is running under the overload condition and easy to be damaged. SO you shall change the speed or add a overflow tubing to adjust the flow quantity. 
3、Blower shall be running under the authorised pressure. Overload running will damage the blower. Especially that the motor current value shall be lower than the rated value，or else its will reduce the motor’s life span. 
4、Pressure gauge switch shall be under the normal close condition，ifyou need to measunng the pressure，you can turn on it. 
5、Noise also has differences in the same model. Because the position Of blower in the mechanical room and the difference tubing condition can cause the difference in noise. 
6、When the wind pressure is more than 58.8Kpa，blower uses the circulating water to cooling. Pressure of cooling water is 196-294Kpa，temperature Of cooling water shall be not more than 25 ℃
7、Using quantity Of cooling water,HDSR80 Type一 HDSR125 Type，water consumption is 5-8L/min; HDSR150  Type -HDSR300 Type，water consumption is 8-13L/min. 
8、When turn on the blower，you shall open the cooling water first; When shut off the blower, you shall close the cooling water late .

9、In winter，if you are not use the blower for a long time，you shall let out the cooling water avoid damage the blowe 。
